So let's start Indian summer with yet another mango recipe! This should serve 3 tall glasses.
Ingredients:
- 3 medium sized Alphonso mangoes, finely chopped.
- 3-4 other fruits, finely chopped again. I took apple (1 large), kiwi (2 medium) and handful of grapes.
- Flavored yogurt - 2 nos. I took strawberry, but feel free to use your favorite.
- Strawberry crush - 6 tbsp. Again, feel free to use your favorite crush.
- Crushed nuts, I used mix of cashews, pistachios and walnuts - 3 tbsp.
- Dash of honey or butterscotch syrup to garnish
Directions:
- Put finely chopped mango at the bottom of a tall glass. Use 1 mango for each glass.
- Put 2-3 tbsp. of strawberry yogurt in each glass.
- Put 2 tbsp. strawberry crush in each glass.
- Now add finely chopped fruits on top of this.
- Garnish it with crushed nuts and few drops of honey or butterscotch syrup.
- Put these glasses in the ice compartment of your refrigerator for 15-20 mins. It tastes best when it's chilled, or even a bit frozen.
- Done! Take it out and enjoy this delicious, frozen mango dessert on a sunny summer day. I am sure your kids would love it!
Enjoy!!!!!
