So here it is - Healthy Dry Fruits Choco Laddus (sweet balls)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashew
- 1 cup Almonds (or 1/2 cup Almonds and 1/2 cup Walnuts)
- 3/4 cup Raisins
- 2-3 Tbsp Cocoa powder (as per taste)
Procedure
Put all the ingredients in the mixer/grinder and grind them till you see a coarse powder that you can turn into laddus easily.
The natural oil of almonds/walnuts combined with raisins ensure that you don't need to add any oil/ghee here.
Put this mixture in a plate and roll them into small or big laddus that are ready to savour!!! Enjoy with your loved one!
